Question: I am a full time student. My parents are dropping me from their dental insurance plan.  My mom said that I can get dental insurance on my own if I want. She is not going to pay for it so if I do get dental insurance I need something cheap.  Maybe a plan that offers a student discount on the cost would be great.  I do not want to spend a lot for dental insurance since I only go to the dentist twice a year.

Reply: I do not know of any dental insurance plans that offer student discounts.
