The dental insurance that I have currently though my job as a 1000.00 year max per person. Which is really not much coverage when you need more the two cleaning a year. My wife needs to have a few crowns with in the next year and she would like it all to be done around the same time but we will max the limit of our coverages.
If I get a second dental plan will this be helpful to us or not? I was thinking there maybe a supplemental dental that we could pick up where it would make some sense for us. Please advise.

Please help and advise me in the right direction. I do get dental insurance though my employer. However the dental insurance I have has a $1000.00 yearly cap per person. I have a lot of dental issues that need to be address and $1000.00 will not be enough unless I have it over the coarse of many years.
I’m interested in purchasing additional dental insurance and or a dental plan but I am not sure of where to go now. I’ve researched on the internet and heard about Dental Discount Plans, but I am not sure if dentist will combine a discount plan with insurance. Can you advise?
I just need something that will work when I use up my $1000.00 max cap on my current plan. Thanks for any information provided.
