Dental oral health care, Dry mouth

I always have dry mouth.  I hate it and I am not sure what to do about it.  Mints do not help and it does tend to give me bad breath.  I brush, floss and use mouthwash,  so I have clean teeth though with my dry mouth it sometimes feels as if my teeth are not so clean.  Any suggestions.
