Dental Health Insurance in Florida. My mom and dad are seniors without any dental health benefits. They are starting to let their oral health go since they can not afford to see the dentist like they should. In Florida we offer two low cost dental insurance plans. Both are HMO plans offer though Delta Dental and SafeGuard. Both are really good plans that offer a low or affordable cost.
