Dental X-rays and four months pregnant

Hello I am four month pregnant but I am also due for my dental cleaning.  It has been a year since the last one.  My husband dental plan kicked in for us so I can not see a dentist again.  Do I need to wait to have the baby or can I have my teeth cleaned with out having to have the X-rays.  Do you know?
